Our Location

In November 2005 PDF undertook the lease of the Frank Sorrell Centre, Prince Albert Road Eastney Portsmouth PO4 9HR. Which is approximately 50 metres North of the junction with Highland Road, to the rear of Eastney Health Centre.

Our Facilities

At the centre which is all on one level, PDF has its own conference room suitable for up to 60 people (this reduces dependent on the mobility requirements of individuals using the room), which can be split into two smaller conference rooms by folding doors, a small meeting room, reception, accessible kitchen, two accessible toilets and accessible car parking.

These are in addition to the PDF Team's office areas.

Conference Room Hire

The conference room facilities are available to hire for a nominal charge, refreshments can be arranged on request.

PDF is very keen to support groups that work with and for disabled people, and to encourage new groups to form. So if you have a new idea or interest that requires an accessible venue please give us a call to discuss your needs.

By Car:

See map above and "Our Location". Please note that entering our postcode into a web based mapping service such as Google Maps or Multimap will result in a completly incorrect location being displayed. We are negotiating with the Post Office to have this fault rectified.

By Bus :

The route numbers 1C, 6, 16A, 16, 17, 27B stop opposite Southsea Police station or Eastney Health Centre on Highland Road and the Centre is a short distance away in Prince Albert Road.

By Train:

The closest accessible railway station is Portsmouth Central, the Centre is a taxi or Bus ride away, it is not in walking distance.
